Jungle Camping In Rishikesh Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive at the campsite where we do In-house activities

• 12:30 PM: Arrive at the campsite and get greeted with mood refreshing drinks.
• Settled in your Luxury tents that come equipped with attached washrooms, beds and blankets, air coolers and charging sockets.
• Enjoy the mouth-watering lunch at the dining area.
• After lunch, be ready to gratify in camp activities like indoor and outdoor games with the access of swimming pool.
• Experience a pleasant evening with a bonfire with your squad, inclusive of evening snacks.
• After the bonfire proceed to the dining area for a delicious dinner waiting for you.
• Have a comfortable and wonderful stay in the Luxury tents the night with stars and moon lightening.

Day 2 : Rafting Adventure

• Start your day with a morning masala tea.
• Get ready for nature walks to the nearby trails.
• After returning to the campsite and charge yourself with a delicious breakfast.
• 10:00 AM: After breakfast, check out from the camp and move towards the river rafting point.
• Gear up for the river rafting activities (if you have pot for river rafting).
• Enjoy the river rafting in the white-water rapids.
• River rafting transportation will be provided from campsite to river rafting point and from river rafting ending point to campsite.

Stay :

• Stay in luxury tents with a double bed and single offering occupancy of a minimum of two persons and a maximum of three persons with attached washroom, lights, air cooler, and charging facilities with proper power backup.

Note: For group bookings, tents will be allocated on the basis of availability in the camps.

Meals : 

• Breakfast, Lunch, Evening snacks, Dinner (Veg/Non-veg).
• Breakfast Buffet, lunch, evening buffet and evening snacks at bonfire.

Activities :

Indoor-outdoor games (volleyball, badminton, and football, carom, chess, ludo etc), bonfire with music,       access to the swimming pool.

1. 5 % GST.
2. Any personal expenses.
3. Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.

Trips shorter in duration than 5 days

• Rs 2000 per person is the booking amount
• The Complete amount to be paid by Wednesday evening.

Trips more than 5 Days duration

• Rs 5000 per person is the booking amount
• 70% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 20 days before the trip departure date.
• 100% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 7 days before the trip departure date

Customized Tours

• 25% of the trip amount to be paid as booking amount
• Another 25% to be paid 30 days before the departure date
• Balance amount to be paid 20 days before the departure date.

Cancellations Details

• 60 Days to 45 days of Departure date. 10% of total Trip cost.
• 44 Days to 30 Days of Departure date. 25% of the total trip cost
• 29 Days to 15 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost.
• 15 Days to 8 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost.
• 7 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost.
• No Show . No refund.

• Any government orders, harsh weather conditions, landslides, protests or any unforeseen circumstances, we will try to give you an alternate plans/trips/treks. But no refunds are possible
• Any trips/treks/expeditions cannot be completed or started at last moment due to any natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances like rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strike, etc no refunds will be provided
• Any expense arising due to natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances like rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strike ,etc during the trip, will be borne by the customer.
