EXCLUSIONS

• Anything not mentioned in the itinerary/inclusions.
• Unspecified Meals.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT for bike RS 5000(Refundable a the end of the trip).
• Any Entry charges or Monument Fee.
• Any Personal expenses/Tips/Permits
• Any cost arising out of unforeseen circumstances including medical emergencies and acts of God.
• Room heater charges, Pickup/ Drop Facilities.
• Extra days stay/food at any place during the tour because of bad weather or road blocking due to snow.
• RAFTING, CORBETT SAFARI OR ANY OTHER ADVENTURE ACTIVITY
• Any damage to the bike must be borne by the client.
• 5%gst

Payment Policy
Trips shorter in duration than 5 days

Rs 2000 per person is the booking amount.
The Complete amount to be paid by Wednesday evening.

Trips more than 5 Days duration
Rs 5000 per person is the booking amount
70% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 20 days before the trip departure date.
100% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 7 days before the trip departure date

Customized Tours
25% of the trip amount to be paid as booking amount
Another 25% to be paid 30 days before the departure date
Balance amount to be paid 20 days before the departure date.

60 Days to 45 days of Departure date. 10% of total Trip cost.
44 Days to 30 Days of Departure date. 25% of the total trip cost
29 Days to 15 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost.
15 Days to 8 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost.
7 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost.
No Show . No refund.
Any government orders, harsh weather conditions, landslides, protests or any unforeseen circumstances, we will try to give you an alternate plans/trips/treks. But no refunds are possible
Any trips/treks/expeditions cannot be completed or started at last moment due to any natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances like rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strike, etc. no refunds will be provided
Any expense arising due to natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances cir like rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strike, etc. during the trip, will be borne by the customer.
