Valley of Flowers Trek

• Day 1: Drive from Haridwar to Govindghat/Joshimath(285 Kms/9Hrs)
  • You will be meeting us at 7.30 Am at Haridwar railway station. Our team will brief you regarding the whole trek. The drive to Govindghat/Joshimath will be approx 9 hrs. Along the way we will be crossing Devprayag. We will be reaching the base camp which is at a height of 5997 ft later in the evening.
• Day 2: Govindghat/Joshimath to Ghangharia(9600ft/13 kms/6 hrs)
  • The trek height will be from 6300ft to 9600ft. The trek will be be easy-moderate level. We will start early for the trek and it will take approximately 5-6 hours to reach Ghangharia. The trek will be on a rocky trail along side Ganga River and lush green forest. Once we reach Ghangharia, will can relax in the comfortable Hotel/guest house. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Ghangharia. After lunch you can visit the local town, market. Dinner at the hotel/guest house.
• Day 3: Ghangharia to Valley of Flowers and back(11500ft/4 kms one way/6 hrs)
  • After breakfast, we will start our trek to valley of flowers located at 11500ft. The terrain is relatively easy along the valley of flowers and will take 6 hrs. Once we reach, we have to take the ticket to enter the valley of flowers national park. Once we enter, we will cross the beautiful old bridge which is over a stream running through the park. Once we cross the bridge, we will see the amazing carpet of flowers of all colours and kinds. We will be able to spot Himalayan rose, Geraniums, Blue Poppy, the dog flower and many other species of flowers. After Lunch, we will start our trek to Ghangaria.
• Day 4: Ghangharia to Hemkund Sahib and back(14100ft/6 kms one way/9 hrs)
  • We will start our trek to Hemkund Sahib which is at an altitude of 4300m. The trek will take up to 9 hrs to complete. The terrain of the trek is steep throughout. We will also cross small waterfalls as we get close to Hemkund Sahib. Take plenty of breaks during the way to avoid high altitude sickness as the oxygen level is low. When we finally reach the Hemkund Sahib, we can experience a picturesque sight along the lake.
• Day 5: Ghangharia to Govindghat/Joshimath(9600ft/13kms/4-5 hrs)
  • We will start early to reach Govindghat early. Enjoy lunch at Govindghat. The aim to reach early is to visit surrounding places like Auli as per your leisure.
• Day 6: Drive back to Haridwar(285kms/9hrs)
  • After breakfast we will leave for Haridwar. We will reach Haridwar in the afternoon. The trip ends here.

• The Complete amount to be paid by Wednesday evening.

Trips more than 5 Days duration

• Rs 5000 per person is the booking amount
• 70% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 20 days before the trip departure date.
• 100% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 7 days before the trip departure date

Customized Tours

• 25% of the trip amount to be paid as booking amount
• Another 25% to be paid 30 days before the departure date
• Balance amount to be paid 20 days before the departure date.

• 15 Days to 8 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost.
• 7 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost.
• No Show . No refund.

• Any government orders, harsh weather conditions, landslides, protests or any unforeseen circumstances, we will try to give you an alternate plans/trips/treks. But no refunds are possible
• Any trips/treks/expeditions cannot be completed or started at last moment due to any natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances like rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strike,etc no refunds will be provided
• Any expense arising due to natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances cir like rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strike,etc during the trip, will be borne by the customer.
